SHIPPING AND RETURNS
TIME REQUIRED TO DELIVER
Any item available in our stock can be reached to you within 8 to 10 working days, once you are done with payment. Apart from this period, any delay in delivery can be caused due to quality control or any payment related issues.
We don’t compromise on quality and service, so you can return or exchange any product with a grace period of 1 month after receiving the item. But due to the high volume of orders, we urge our customers to ensure the reason of return is either the item is damaged or it’s defected or in other terms not the same what you ordered to avoid extra hustle and bustle.
We reserve the right as per the government legislation in compliance with health & hygiene concerns to refuse any return. Any items worn, used, dirty, washed or altered cannot be exchanged or returned. You may try the item in case of fitting and measurement but it’s limited to just trying, in case the item is being torn apart; we will not take the responsibility of return or exchange.
In case of an exchange, you must place a new order while processing your return. It usually takes up to 7 working days to review and except a return due to quality check. Once the quality check is done, you will receive a confirmation email stating your return is accepted along with the instructions to be followed to receive the exchange. We don’t charge any additional fee against your return and exchange.

INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW WHILE PLACING YOUR ORDER
- You must write your correct shipping address along with any other details that may help to deliver your parcel to you at earliest.
- You must write full residential address, as we don’t deliver to PO Boxes.
- In case if you are being shifted on an urgent basis, or any modification occurred during your shipment in your address; you may ask us to modify the address and we will deliver to the updated one.
- If you think you got the wrong order booked on our website and need to change, we will assist you in choosing the new one while exchanging the existing.
- Finding that your shipped item is not being ordered by you with correct measurement, you may ask us to exchange. However, it will be levied with some charges you may have to bear for the shipping return. These charges may be bit different and will be applied as per the weight of shipment and location you may reside. You must then provide us the correct size and measurement, to avoid the extra hustle of return and exchange further.
- Sometimes delay apart from shipment causes also due to the item unavailability at our stock. But in this case, we will update you with concern while recommending any other item or with the time required to have the ordered one.
